It is usually possible to use our website without entering personal details.   1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions stipulate the regulations for Registration for Women for Peace 2017 in Seefeld (Austria) hosted by Art of Reconciliation GmbH (AOR). A contractual relationship subject to these terms and conditions is entered into between AOR with its registered office in 8793 Trofaiach, Oberdorf 7, and the participant of the Women for Peace Congress 2017, (hereinafter referred to as “participant”). Any contractual or legal declarations of the participant deviating from these general terms and conditions shall not be part of the contract entered into with AOR. Notwithstanding the consumption by the participant of the services offered by the AOR and the payment of fees therefore.

  1. Registration

2.1 Registration for Women for Peace 2017 is to be made electronically by completing the respective registration forms provided on the homepage of Women for Peace ( Registration forms submitted without full name, complete email and postal address and/or date of birth cannot not be processed.

2.2 Upon registration the participant shall receive an electronic confirmation about the registration for verification of the participant’s personal data only.

2.3 The participant’s registration for Women for Peace 2017 shall not become effective prior to AOR having received the full registration fee due.

2.4 Payment of the registration fee can be effected by credit card (VISA or MasterCard/EuroCard).

2.5 Upon payment of the registration fee by credit card the participant will receive a confirmation email.

2.6 Cancellation

In case of cancellation of one or more registration tickets more than 30 days prior to the congress, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded after the congress. A cancellation less than 30 days prior to the congress will not result in any refund. All cancellations have to be done in writing and sent to AOR (via email).

2.7 Name changes

Name changes will be treated like the cancellation of one registration and the registration of another participant.

  1. Proof of Identity

The safety of all congress delegates and participants is of utmost importance to AOR. AOR reserves the right for staff to check participants’ identification upon admission to the congress venue. Participants may be requested to present adequate proof of identity, in the form of a passport, driver’s license, national or military identification or student ID when checking in. Documents for the proof of identity must include a photograph and signature.

  1. Congress Material

The congress material (badges, etc.) will be made available to the participant on-site at the relevant registration counters.

  1. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Liability and obligations of AOR in the case of cancellation of Women for Peace Congress 2017 for what reasonsever shall be limited to the reimbursement of registration fees only.

  1. Personal Data

7.1 I agree that my personal data, consisting of full name, profession, address and email address may be used for further information on AOR and Women for Peace. I also agree that AOR is entitled to send emails to me, containing promotional information, on behalf of sponsors.

7.2 Participants  agree  that  photos,  video  material,  and  interviews  made  in  connection  with  his/her  participation  in  the  event can  be broadcasted  and  published  on  TV,  the  radio,  in  print,  books,  photo  copies  (video  footage,  video  tapes,  etc.) without  fees.  Moreover, participants agree that personal data can be provided to a third party commissioned by the organizer for the purpose of mailing photos of participants of the event.

7.3 Participants can declare in writing their objection to the publication of their personal data with the organizer by sending an e-mail to office[at]

  1. Place of Performance/Applicable Law/Place of Venue

Any contractual relationship with AOR shall be subject to Austrian law. AOR shall be entitled to pursue any claim before the courts of law competent for the defendant’s domicile or general residence.
